The Scriptures
We believe the Bible, Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final rule for faith and life, and every revelation, prophecy, and practice in this network is weighed by it.
2 Timothy 3:16–17 · 2 Peter 1:20–21
The Godhead
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, equal in power, glory, and nature.
Deuteronomy 6:4 · Matthew 28:19 · 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ: His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutionary death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
John 1:1, 14 · Isaiah 7:14 · 1 Corinthians 15:3–4 · Acts 1:11
Salvation
We believe that all have sinned, and that salvation is the free gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Through repentance and faith we are born again, forgiven, and made new.
Romans 3:23 · Ephesians 2:8–9 · John 3:3 · Acts 3:19
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a promise for every believer, empowering us to be witnesses of Jesus Christ in word and in power.
Acts 1:8 · Acts 2:4, 38–39
The Gifts of the Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit gives gifts to every believer as He wills, for the common good of the Church: the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, faith, gifts of healing, the working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, tongues, and the interpretation of tongues. These gifts are active in the Church today. They are given to build up the body and never to exalt a person, and they are to be stewarded with love, order, and accountability.
1 Corinthians 12:4–11 · Romans 12:6 · 1 Corinthians 13:1–3 · 1 Corinthians 14:12, 39–40
Holiness
We believe God calls His people to holy living. Sanctification is the work of the Spirit and the pursuit of every believer, in private and in public, without which no man shall see the Lord.
Hebrews 12:14 · 1 Peter 1:15–16 · Romans 12:1–2
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ and that every believer belongs to a local house. We practice water baptism and the Lord's Supper as ordinances given by Christ.
Ephesians 1:22–23 · Hebrews 10:25 · Matthew 28:19 · 1 Corinthians 11:23–26
The Five-Fold Ministry
We believe Christ gave apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to equip the saints for the work of ministry until we all come to maturity. Apostolic and prophetic ministry operates under Scripture, in humility, and with accountability. Every prophetic word is judged.
Ephesians 4:11–13 · Ephesians 2:20 · 1 Corinthians 14:29, 32–33 · 1 Thessalonians 5:20–21
Prayer and Revival
We believe the Church is called to be a house of prayer, and that when God's people humble themselves, pray, seek His face, and turn from wicked ways, He hears from heaven and revives His people.
2 Chronicles 7:14 · Isaiah 56:7 · Habakkuk 3:2
Healing and Deliverance
We believe God heals and delivers today, through the finished work of Christ, the prayer of faith, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
Isaiah 53:5 · Mark 16:17–18 · James 5:14–15
Marriage and Family
We believe marriage is a holy covenant between one man and one woman, and that the family is God's first institution, to be honored and protected by every leader in this network.
Genesis 2:24 · Matthew 19:4–6 · Ephesians 5:22–33
Stewardship and the Marketplace
We believe all we have belongs to God. We honor Him with generosity, steward wealth with integrity, and see our work in every sphere as worship.
Malachi 3:10 · 2 Corinthians 9:7 · Colossians 3:23
The Great Commission
We believe the Church is sent to make disciples of all nations, carrying the gospel in word and power to our cities and to the ends of the earth.
Matthew 28:19–20 · Acts 1:8
The Last Things
We believe in the personal return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, and eternal life for all who believe.
1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 · John 14:2–3 · Revelation 20:11–15
